CK Asset Holdings’ Perfect Ten to launch second tower for sale on Sept 10
CK Asset Holdings’ Perfect Ten to launch second tower for sale on Sept 10. The second tower of Perfect Ten, an upscale condominium on Bukit Timah Road, will start selling flats on September 10. The freehold complex consists of two twin buildings with 24 stories and 230 apartments each. From 753 to 797 square feet for two bedrooms to 1,227 to 1,281 square feet for three bedrooms, the size of the units varies.
When the developer first made 115 flats in one of the towers available for purchase in December 2021, the project was first announced. The renowned Singaporean architectural firm DP Architects designed it. Since then, 44 of the 46 three-bedroom apartments—out of the 96 that were initially available—have been rented out. The units were sold for an average price of $3,000 per square foot, or a range of $2.08 million to $4.2 million, according to CK Asset Holdings.
According to Justin Chiu, executive director of CK Asset Holdings, the property draws buyers because of its proximity to famous schools. Two elementary schools nearby are Singapore Chinese Girls’ School and Anglo-Chinese School (1 km). More than 87% of the buyers are locals and long-term residents, and many of our clients are in reality young families.
55 units will be made available for purchase on September 10 by CK Asset Holdings in preparation for the launch. Starting prices for two-bedroom homes range between $2.1 million and $2.5 million, while those for three-bedroom homes range between $3.5 million and $4.1 million. The new tower faces in two directions: northeast and southwest. All three-bedroom flats and some two-bedroom ones have separate elevator lobbies, and all units have ceilings that are higher than three meters.
Li Ka-Shing, a billionaire from Hong Kong, is the owner of CK Asset Holdings, a leading real estate company. Its headquarters are in the city, where it is one of the leading real estate developers.
